Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Process transactions and update customer records accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in training new part-time staff members as needed.
Qualifications

- Ability to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
