- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems

Qualifications
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Availability to work 20-25 hours/week (including weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
