Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service for 4-6 tables during evening shifts
- Expertly recommend craft cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash accountability
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Adhere to food safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Availability to work 4-5 evening shifts weekly (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
