Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth
- Handle phone calls and reservations using our property management system
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold high standards of facility cleanliness and security
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and report preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible evening/weekend availability (PM shifts)
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
