Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/breakdown procedures according to venue specifications
- Provide exceptional guest experiences through proactive customer service
- Manage crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders during events
- Operate technical equipment (sound systems, registration kiosks) post-training
- Document incident reports and maintain event documentation
- Adapt quickly to changing event conditions and client requests
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hour shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Austin
