Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests and visitors with exceptional customer service
- Efficiently manage front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs
- Handle multi-line phone system and route inquiries appropriately
- Process reservations and manage booking systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and correspondence
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
