Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages following signature recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, grinders, and service areas
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and uphold quality control standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques and brand standards
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience
- Advanced knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
