Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and customer support via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening hours.
- Must be available to work a consistent shift from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
