Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Manage appointment scheduling and registration for wellness programs with precision
- Handle customer inquiries regarding services, policies, and facility amenities
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure seamless service continuity
- Assist with facility maintenance and event setup as needed
- Uphold strict confidentiality of client information and health records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or front-desk experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday evenings (20-25 hours/week)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology (or willingness to learn)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional errands)
