Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Answer inbound phone calls and emails promptly and resolve inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash handling with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appearance and organization of the sales floor and stockrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Upsell products and services to meet individual and team performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
