Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Enter and update customer data into our internal databases and CRM systems with high accuracy.
- Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Process transactions and handle basic account adjustments as directed.
- Stay updated on company policies and products to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to the Raleigh location.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to new software tools quickly.
- U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States.
