Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions and resolve billing discrepancies accurately
- Assist with inventory management and product restocking during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Train on new systems and procedures during shift overlaps
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Contribute to weekend sales events and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic software applications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Background check and drug screen required
