- Meet weekly performance metrics for customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions for product updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and tech proficiency
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation to downtown Jacksonville location
- Ability to work flexible weekday shifts (8am-6pm)
