Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries across multiple channels with 95% satisfaction rating
- Process returns, exchanges, and order modifications using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with retail partners to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Document all interactions in compliance with PCI-DSS standards
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Participate in weekly performance improvement workshops
- Support seasonal peak periods with extended hours as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in retail or e-commerce
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Strong problem-solving skills with conflict resolution certification
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Available for immediate start (within 72 hours of offer)
- Spanish fluency required (bilingual certification)
- Valid California driver's license for occasional off-site meetings
