- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Assist in training new hires and onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
