Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally during evening and weekend hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Accurately record customer interactions and service details in the internal database.
- Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service quality and workflow.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to meet departmental goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently and handle high call volumes.
