Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat, email, and phone channels.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and account management.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to escalate complex issues effectively.

Qualifications
