Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service protocols and workflows.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and Weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable computer access and basic typing skills.
