Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon their arrival.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Answer product-related questions and provide recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and escalate complex matters when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
