Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and specialty drinks
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash and card transactions
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation across all coffee stations
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and health regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Proficiency with espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Nevada food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
