Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, cold brews, and pastries according to our brewing standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide a friendly, memorable experience.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, including cleaning espresso machines, grinders, and seating areas.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems with 100% accuracy.
- Assist with food preparation, stocking supplies, and keeping the pastry display case full and attractive.
- Upsell products and actively promote our loyalty program to increase customer engagement.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- A strong passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling.
