Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Restock supplies, including cups, milk, and pastries, to maintain inventory levels.
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately using the POS system.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- A valid Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one.
