Responsibilities
- Brewing high-quality espresso and specialty coffee drinks according to strict standard recipes.
- Greeting customers warmly, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and providing exceptional service.
- Maintaining a pristine and organized work area, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Assisting with inventory management, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment.
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and milk texturing.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
