Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the counter, seating area, and restrooms.
- Restock ingredients, cups, napkins, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Clean equipment and verify freshness of food items.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to manage wait times and customer flow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
