Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with expertise
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and warm interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all coffee stations and service areas
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth peak-hour operations
- Upsell premium coffee products and seasonal offerings
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
