Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers to build lasting relationships and ensure memorable visits
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision and efficiency
- Uphold strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols across all workstations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Process POS transactions accurately and handle cash management responsibilities
- Contribute to a positive team culture through open communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Deep passion for coffee and willingness to learn advanced brewing techniques
