Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Manage guest registration and credential verification with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to event attendees
- Execute crowd control and safety protocols during high-traffic periods
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Document event activities and report operational issues promptly
- Maintain professional appearance while representing Metro Events Group
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications for check-in systems
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to complete paid training program (40 hours)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted
