Responsibilities
- Merchandise Handling: Receive, inspect, stock, and organize products on shelves and in the warehouse to ensure maximum availability and visual appeal.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, to move heavy loads.
- Quality Control: Monitor product freshness and quality, removing damaged or expired items from the sales floor.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with locating products and answer questions regarding store policies and procedures.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counts and price checks.
- Communication: Clear verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
