Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and unpack incoming merchandise, verifying against purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and stock shelves, display cases, and storage areas to ensure a neat, orderly, and inviting store appearance.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and accessible to customers.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding lifting, equipment usage, and workplace cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize stock placement and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Basic math skills for scanning and pricing items.
- Willingness to work flexible early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
