Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, checkout, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Perform light lifting and moving of merchandise as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
