Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and inspect for damage.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move stock.
- Organize and stock shelves according to company standards and visual guides.
- Rotate inventory to ensure older stock is sold first (First-In-First-Out).
- Perform regular price checks and label adjustments to maintain accuracy.
- Keep the receiving and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning barcodes and verifying prices.
- Willingness to wear provided safety gear and comply with all safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
