Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing products to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Store Operations: Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and backroom areas.
- Transaction Support: Ring up sales accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Merchandising: Ensure product displays are appealing and well-organized to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening shifts.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions quickly.
