Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with inquiries and product selection.
- Stock inventory and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register and handle returns efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged goods to management.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure operational efficiency during peak hours.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety and operational policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
