Responsibilities
- Unload, inspect, and organize incoming stock and merchandise from trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper shelving and labeling.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked for the day's rush.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment handling.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily stocking targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and organizing.
- Previous warehouse, retail stocking, or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
