Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock merchandise onto shelves and storage racks efficiently.
- Organize stockrooms and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Rotate inventory to ensure older stock is sold first (FIFO).
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment or delivery.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education is required.
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
