Responsibilities
- Unload, unpack, and stock merchandise from delivery trucks to designated storage and display areas.
- Organize stock on shelves and display racks to ensure maximum visibility and sales appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to management immediately.
- Ensure all products are rotated, facing correctly, and meet quality standards before being placed on the sales floor.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the stockroom and sales floor to maintain a safe environment.
- Assist in the preparation of displays and seasonal setups as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding lifting and handling goods.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy boxes and merchandise frequently.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and cash handling (if applicable).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
