Responsibilities
- Unloading & Stocking: Safely unload merchandise from delivery trucks and accurately stock shelves and storage areas according to company guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring stock levels meet demand.
- Organization: Keep the sales floor and backroom organized, clean, and safe for both customers and team members.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and helpful service to customers by answering questions and directing them to products.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure only high-quality items are placed on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail stocking, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
