Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and verify the accuracy and condition of incoming stock.
- Stock shelves and display areas efficiently, ensuring products are facing correctly and priced accurately.
- Organize inventory to maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate provided warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) to move heavy loads safely.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management to replenish inventory as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the loading dock and storage areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work early morning shifts (typically between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, scanning, and price verification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk extensively throughout the facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
