Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise from delivery trucks promptly.
- Stock shelves and displays according to company visual standards and safety regulations.
- Rotate stock to ensure the oldest products are sold first (FIFO).
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the sales floor and backroom.
- Assist with inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace for all team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to reliably work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for handling inventory and pricing checks.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and wear required uniform.
- Excellent attendance record and punctuality.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
