Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves, racks, and display cases with new products according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Rotate stock to ensure older items are sold first (FIFO) and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the management team.
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering general inquiries when needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing safety training.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 12:00 PM) with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and inventory numbers.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
