Job Overview
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented. This role involves physical labor and requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of organization and safety.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders.
- Organize and stock shelves according to established planograms and safety guidelines.
- Rotate stock regularly to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment throughout the shift.
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and pricing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
