Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, drip coffee, and tea.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines efficiently and safely.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with food preparation and plating of pastries and light bites.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong passion for coffee and customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
