Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment to ensure optimal storage space usage.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory levels accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and night shifts.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
