Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to minimize discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks during designated shift hours, ensuring timely distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
