Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Document all support interactions and case resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and retention.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to the team lead.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
