Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the evening shift.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Log and track all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Provide product information and technical support to night-time clients.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail setting.
- Must be available to work evenings and nights (e.g., 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
