Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve technical issues and provide accurate product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to service protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or logistics is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
