Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve software problems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Process orders and handle returns with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Must be available to work 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
