As a key member of our evening team, you will handle high-volume customer inquiries, resolve complex issues, and ensure our clients receive the exceptional support they deserve—all while enjoying the work-life balance of evening and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails during evening shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints, questions, and technical issues with patience and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Meet or exceed daily KPIs regarding call resolution times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.
