Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails during evening and weekend hours with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the team lead when necessary.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in our CRM database.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
- Adhere to strict quality assurance standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Proficient in using computers and basic software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations diplomatically.
